I eat here once a month while visiting family in Benton; I have to admit we get the same meal each time. However, those chicken strips with potatoes and gravy are always great! Fast service whether I order online or in person. Polite help and management at the counter. They must be doing something right, this KFC is always busy!
Food was good but the atmosphere was horrible. Supervisor/manager on duty was yelling at employees and 2 different female employees was crying. One had left
