Ordered through the app at 9pm and got 6 things. This is what happened: 2 famous bowls: both had no cheese Korean BBQ bowl: no pickles, made with wedges instead of fries and tenders instead of nuggets, and there was barely any sauce. Like, way less than what you would get in a dipping cup. I waited at counter quite a while to place order. Finally a young man sauntered over and just stood there looking at me. No hello, what can I get you, NOTHING. It would be nice to get some kind of acknowledgement when you patronize a business. Very bad customer service.
I was overcharged for the meal compared to what I could order from the app for pickup, they gave one biscuit instead of 2 for a 4 piece family meal and gave two breasts, a drum and a wing instead of 2 drums. 3 strikes for kfc
I was visiting with my daughter from out of town. It was a Thursday night around 5pm. We arrived, and the lights were on inside, but the door was locked, no one to be seen, and no note on the door. We double-checked the hours online, and they were supposed to be open. We took a chance and tried the drive-through, and someone was there! Did was great, but I guess you could say that service was lacking.
