My husband and I had a nice Friday date night and decided to stop at KFC in Brockport. We ordered 2, 3 piece meals with extra sides. We used the kiosk to place our order. Once it was processed we waited 20 without any interaction from employees. Another customer came in behind us and waited 10 minutes before an employee came from the back. I have been eating this food since I was a kid, so a very long time. It's so expensive and the portion sizes go down and the prices go up. Also, when I got food here the other day it was incredibly salty. I wish I could go back in time. It was so much better.
Just wanted to give a bad review due to the reviews I read. Y'all need to get it together!
The only thing this kfc location is consistent at is incompetence. Was told to pull to the side of drive thru to wait for fries. Received order with fry boxes half full and cold fries? Drinks not filled all the way, one biscuit for two people, no nakins, and on top of that the order wasnt even correct. Meat is definitely not the same anymore either. I think they serving up bill gates printed chicken meat. These people could care less about providing you even a decent fast food experience
