The manager today was very rude! She talked really nasty to the male cashier that was instore She was very unprofessional. She didn’t know how to talk to the customers working in the front line of customer service. You should always be nice. You shouldn’t be unpleasant to the people who help you keep your job being mean nasty and rude is not nice. What I got at the Eldorado location was way beyond ridiculous! I didn't know you could sell chickens so small! The pieces looked like they were from a Quail! i ordered the Chicken sandwich , and got a sorry rendition of what should have been competitive with the other places selling sandwiches. It looked like 3 or 4 chicken nuggets on a bun! this was beyond ridiculous! 1.) the chicken didn't even cover the bun. The thing was cold , and the sandwich was way less than incredible! Hit or Miss Original Recipe chicken since this summer when I began frequenting. Exceptional service. My go-to...and it's nowhere close to where I live.
I understand being busy… but with 1 car in the drive thru and no one else inside except 3 workers the fact that I waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged is insane… what is happening to these companies and their customer service??
