Just had the most bizarre experience in the drive-through. Young man with black hair probably in his 20s was managing the drive-through on Monday 10/27 At lunchtime. When I drove up to the window, he started hitting himself in the head as hard as he could over and over shouting things that I couldn’t understand. Been to this location twice service was horrendous both times food is pretty textbook KFC though.

Recommend you avoid ordering from here in the evening when clearly there's no managers just workers who don't give a damn and constantly leave out items.

I bought a pot pie meal and didn't finish it so I asked for a pot pie box to go. The manager behind the counter making food told the employee to get me a box however they gave me the wrong box. How was I supposed to fit a pot pie in a small rectangle box....not square like it should be I'm very disappointed with the attention that was paid to my request...
