Just picked dinner for my family of 5 up ($80) drove 20 mins home to find out I was missing items from my order. Employee guaranteed my everything was there. Silly me for not double checking my order. I should have known better then to give location a second chance. Lesson learned no more kfc for my house
Ordered my food online, the website said 10 to 15 minutes. Got here 20 minutes later. They told me another 15 minutes because they did not realize I ordered extra crispy. Even though it was right on their screen. By the time it was Finally! ready, it had been 50 minutes. Not one single person in drive through 10 minutes before i got here and the dining room was empty. Horrendous service! Ordered online, when I arrived no one answered the speaker for a few minutes so I went to the window and no one would come over even though they looked at me multiple times. It took me 10 minutes to receive any contact and there was no one else in the drive thru line but me (Now I know why). To top it all off they didn’t give us the KFC sauces even though it was printed 6 times on the receipt. Every visit to this place has yielded the same GFY attitude from the workers. They don’t care.
