This place sucks. I’ve been here maybe five times in the past seven years and finally had to rate this place. I don’t know why I keep returning, thinking that maybe it might have changed. So, here are my experiences that I recall perfectly: Came in for Long John Silvers fish and chips. They didn’t have any tartar sauce. No biggie. I just went to the Giant across the street to buy some. How they could have run out of tartar sauce for a fish joint is beyond me. Pretty sure you're supposed to acknowledge customers but what do I know
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I provided my name and order information as requested, but instead of receiving assistance, I was given a difficult time trying to pick up my food. The situation became even more frustrating when I was asked to apologize for a mistake that was not mine in order to receive my order. I respectfully refused because I had done nothing wrong. The biggest issue with this location is the manager. In my experience, she was consistently rude, unprofessional, and treated customers and staff with little respect. Her attitude created a very negative atmosphere and made what should have been a pleasant visit extremely frustrating.
