I went in to order the new Chicken and waffles and Amanda waited on me. Life isn't very nice to me currently and somehow she knew. Life isn't very nice to her currently as well but she instantly saw me and knew that I needed a hug. Although Food was exceptionally good, what will stick with me and why I believe she should be promoted or given a raise is her compassion and overstanding that maybe a customer could use just a little compassion and more than the signature Chicken. consistently poor service. no one is rude per say but constantly forget half my order. bought from here on break from work today, asked for a hot honey sandwich combo and an order of strawberry creme poppers, with two sides of comeback sauce. poppers were soggy, sandwich was flavorless, they forgot my fries and my sauce. only thing they got right was the drink and i dont even have time to go back and get a refund. dont recommend this kfc.
