Horrible customer service because I waited 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me even though all 4 employees looked right at me and ignored me. The employee in the back in the frying station was vaping and obviously listening to music because he had headphones on. He looked at the counter several times but turned and walked back to the fryer to vape. None of the 4 employees on duty were wearing hair nets. The cashier from drive thru was really rude. She didn't want to take our order in drive thru (drop chicken) said it would take 15-20 mins. We went inside she made an annoyed noise and extended the time (25-30 mins) for the chicken drop. If she doesn't want to drop food for customers she should be fired.

Went here doing shift change and supposedly the lady said it will take 30 minutes to fry chicken nuggets. For the 7 dollar meal deal. They just lost a customer with a big order. We drove off!!

The manager that was on duty at the window was very rude and had no customer service skills. She cut me off while I was asking a question about the meal. I asked for corporate number and she denied it to me! I am very disappointed. Sh was African American lady with a black and blonde Afro puff!
