I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the KFC location on South Salina Street in Syracuse, NY. I believe this location provides the worst customer service in Onondaga County. On July 26, 2026, at approximately 9:10 PM, I attempted to place an order at this store. Disgusting. If you like food with flies well that’s the place for you. I waited 5 min and nobody showed to take the order. So I had plenty of time to see how disgusting and dirty the place is. And no I didn’t eat there it was horrible just the idea of eating that food.
