Drive- thru went well. Employee answered my questions respectfully and wasn't long to get the chicken in a bucket and sides. Just sad that to get chicken beasts 8 piece was $34.99 or so. I settled for just legs and thighs due to that price. Many cannot afford that nowadays. Might as well buy your own chicken. Many say cheaper to eat out. Not really @ places like this! Sad!
The fact you order online and can’t recieve it at the window is slow and not productive, when it’s already payed for what’s the point of “fast food” not only that it’s not posted any where so you waste all that time waiting in the line.
Terrible customer service! They are supposed to be open till 12:00A.m and they close there Fryer's down at 9:50p.m for cleaning and was told they are all done cooking chicken for the evening, what is left is left! And make sure if you do get chicken there at the Clio rd location that you count it because they like to rip you off a piece or two for what you paid for! And make sure your not hungry for they country fried steak on Wednesday's because you will be told there out of it! Or Fryer's are closed! And get the window sla... read more

Terrible customer service from staff and the mangers play friends with the workers so there is never no resolutions just arguing. I order my grannie a 8 piece original but they gave us hot & spicy with no warning, she doesn’t eat spicy foods like most seniors. I called up there the manager said “sorry” and continued laughing and playing with the staff, I’m done giving my money to this dump of a restaurant.
