I am telling you the honest to goodness truth, every time I go here either get the wrong chicken, wrong number of pieces, no biscuits, wrong sides or - in general, something is missing! I have called a few times to let them know and I am treated like a criminal. By contrast, every time I go to McDonalds in Munster it is CORRECT! KFC needs some quality control at their drive thru window, they need to check it. They should also not react negatively toward the customer who is a victim of their negligence.
