Ordered from the app, went through drive through to pick up. I received wrong order. Went in to let them know, they put fresh chicken down and corrected the order.
Had a cook call in so the store wasn't open one day, manager called back amd made good on the order. 5 Stars. Great place. Great food.
They do chicken right but it takes 40 minutes to get two chicken sandwiches and the workers will argue with you when you complain about the speed of the service. If you have anything you have to do within an hour I would not recommend eating here they are the slowest restaurant in town.
Ordered at 12:05p on mobile. At 12:15p, mobile stated ready for pickup. Was not able to pickup order untill 12:58p and they did not even have my full order. Full order was "ready" and picked up at 1:15p. The staff was incredibly rude and you can tell the 5 works there were not at all prepped for lunch runs. The location did not have many people before us ( maybe 3 people in store and none in drive thru) when we made our order. We don't mind waiting a little but over an hour for KFC? That's just poor planning.
