I arrived at the drive through for a lunch break, was ignored and had to go in store instead. Don't recommend this location
Girl on the phone refused to acknowledge her mistake of not giving my family a receipt for an order they placed. And not only that but she refused to correct the mistake by giving us the biscuits we paid for and trying to shift the blame on us and doing so in a completely unprofessional manner. She hung up on me and when I tried calling back the phone kept going straight to voicemail. Long story short, avoid this place. Iconic dining room. Food & Staff are nice.
I ordered my food through the app but when i got to the drive thru apparently “the order just showed up on the screen” is what I was told but mind you I placed the order 5 minutes before showing up. On top of that I was then told to wait in the front and they will bring the food out to me because it is not ready. I had no issue until I waited literally 10 minutes outside and nothing. I’d like to give a 5 star review to Valeria who was very good at upselling me on the new deep fried strawberry cream poppers. Unfortunately there were none available to me at the time which (had to wait like 25 min) is probably indicative of how good they are. Will try them next time
