Drove thru KFC Charleston. Didn't know what to order. Customer service was real impatient with me. Told me to go to the Lobby. Got to the windows they told me go to the waiting park but then said it was ready. The customer service was lousy trying to spin me thru drive thru.
They messed up my orders almost every time. It would be best if the staff could pay attention on order details.
I arrived at the drive through for a lunch break, was ignored and had to go in store instead. Don't recommend this location
Girl on the phone refused to acknowledge her mistake of not giving my family a receipt for an order they placed. And not only that but she refused to correct the mistake by giving us the biscuits we paid for and trying to shift the blame on us and doing so in a completely unprofessional manner. She hung up on me and when I tried calling back the phone kept going straight to voicemail. Long story short, avoid this place.
