Used to be very disappointed with the food quality and service here, now it's awesome. Chicken, potatoes, and biscuits have been fresh every time I've been recently. Service has been decent too.
This place is a lot better since it opened, used to be terrible but now it’s just… Meh. But it’s taco bell so it’s automatically phenomenal and all negative reviews should be redeemed as unprofessional and uprooted from this review service

Worst KRC experience I’ve ever had. That wasn’t a typo, we literally had Kentucky Refried Chicken! The original was crispier than extra crispy…like a rock! Granted, we ordered 15 minutes before closing time, but CLOSING TIME IS WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE STOPS!
Same food as any KTC. Service was terrible. No utensils in the bag for my husband and I to eat our food with nor any place outside the back of the restaurant to get your own if you need them. One napkin provided w 2 meals. No honey for the biscuit! Since when does LFC not serve at least one honey packet per biscuit!!!! Not to mention the lady in front of us looked in her bag and one of her items ordered wasn’t even there. Get a handle on your people management! What the hell?!
