Walked into the The Lewisburg Kfc at 6:45 PM on 3/11. It took eight minutes for a team member to come to the front to take our order placed at 6:53 PM. We requested a refund at 7:16 PM as our food was not even at the counter yet. Corporate office needs to surprise visit this location, shut the doors and retrain the staff.
Wouldnt know about their food these days. Cashier abandoned post and went to drivethru as I was walking up saying Ill be back and never did. Not surprising this location has always been a let down.
I called here for a special request and they more than gladly did it. 10/10 everytime they’re doing a great job!
