Terrible service. The manager on nights is extremely rude and always mumbling slurs under her breath and slamming food down on the counter

So, our food was absolutely fine. Here's some big observations though. Let's start with training. Management was very disorganized and visibly distraught. When we walked in the lobby had two gentlemen waiting, both online orders and both had complaints that their orders had been taking over 30 minutes. Both gentlemen were very upset. We've been having problems with the service at this location and this was a last attempt to use KFC again. Today it was the chicken. There was barely any skin on it ( a little was hanging greasily to a few pieces. The entire bucket was a soppy mess of skinless greasy chicken. I didn't even feed it to the cats outside . It smelled of old grease as well. 30 bucks down the drain. So the service and food are lacking tremendously.
