I’ve never left a review but have to give a PSA for how terrible the service is here. We ordered a chicken sandwich and waited nearly 30 minutes. Two cars in front of us parked, and one LEFT without their food. We almost did the same until my husband went inside and they said, “Oh let me get your food.” It had been done and sitting there. Everything was cold and the food was awful. Never again.
Will never go back here..You can be the only person in line and still wait all day for ur food..Horrible service
Waited over 20 mins in the drive thru when they were not busy at all, went inside to check on food, the place is disgustingly filthy and was not treated properly at all. Stay away, it’s not worth the price you pay for the food or service you are returned with.
I had not been to KFC in over three years because it always tasted like old grease. Today I decided to give them another chance. Two combos took almost 30 min. Soda machine was not working so my options were only water and lemonade. My potatoe wedges were disgusting. Needless today, never again.
