If I could give it a 0 I would. After ordering on the kfc app and heading there right after I was told someone had taken my food. Excuse me you let someone steal my food. I was told I needed to request a refund from the app before they could remake the food. Refund states 5 to 10 business days and that is if they will even do it. I called the business again and was told I was the third customer that had gotten their food stolen. Chicken and fixings for 4 people..two of the biscuits were missing. The rest of the meal was good too far to drive to go get two biscuits.. fast food restaurant training is like this across many places... shame on the people that run these places.
