I love KFC but it's getting too expensive even to go out to eat there anymore
I was shocked that the dining room closes at 9 pm. We ended up having to go thru the drive through. We went straight home and sat down to eat. Well my husband did, I couldn't. My chicken nuggets and fries were so rubbery from sitting under the heat lamp that I literally could not bite into one of the fries. I called and the manager offered a replacement meal which is the only reason why I will even go back. Huge disappointment especially considering what we paid for two meals. I sat in drive thru for over an hour waiting on my order. That I ordered online 45 minutes before I arrived. Almost 2 hrs total. Ridiculously frustrating.
