Took ~45 minutes to get through the drivethru, the blonde boy bussing the food out to the parking lot was extremely rude and unprofessional. Had other customers looking through my food instead of knowing what was actually in the box. On top of all of this the staff forgot my fork. Extremely unprofessional environment and I will no longer be a customer of this KFC location.
The absolute worst store in Chippewa. Doesn’t matter the time of day or how busy they are it’s 20+ min for food everytime
We went in for dinner. My husband ordered one meal and the rep heard something different, so he didn't get what he wanted. As we were finishing, I ordered a Twister (2 tenders in a wrap) to go. 47 minutes!! later, I got the food!!! The waste cans were almost overflowing and the workers were sauntering around in the back, trying to look busy, but not doing much. There were no adults working that I could see. Not a good experience for us or the 6 or 7 other unhappy people WAITING.
Placed and paid for an order through the app. Arrived, only to be told that they "are out of chicken". Extra star for eventually getting my money back after chatting to a robot in the app for a few minutes.
This place closed its store entrance by 9pm. 1hr before its store hours. 3 employees inside the store but customers are not allowed to come in. Major inconvenience
