Im surprised this store hasn't closed down completely. Such a shame, the food isnt quality anymore and the staff lack leadership and customer service skills like no other. Disappointment
This KFC gives KFC a bad name. I never get what I ordered. I got the very large chicken sandwich. I got two tenders. I asked forsauce. I didn’t get any sauce. Not to my surprise

First was told in drive through there was a wait for chicken. I asked how long and she responded "for what" i said for the chicken. She said "hold on" then came back and said no wait. Took my order I pulled up and paid the she told me to pull around and my order would be brought out toe. I sat waiting for 10 minutes before going inside only to find out she lied toe and there was going to be another 15 minute wait. Needless to say I was not happy Ended up waiting 25 more minutes inside because the wouldn't give me a refund so... read more
