You got to be careful with the food you try to oder you might get hair in your mac and chess or cold slaw and if you don't go in and order your food from the inside you will sometime get a dry out chicken or over cook chicken
Do not even bother to come to this location worse customer service ever the drive thru takes forever to take your order plus the cashier is so rude never again . They didn’t even get my order right and I get it working in customer service can be very stressful and frustrating at times . It doesn’t take a lot to just take a simple order when there’s no line in the drive thru . I waited over 15 mins and on top of it to get my order wrong and get a rude response while ordering from the drive thru cashier .
I had a terrible experience at this KFC location. I went through the drive-through during my lunch break and didn’t realize until I was back at work that I received the wrong order. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return right away since I didn’t have time for another trip to the KFC location. I tried calling 3 times to let them know about the mistake—not a single answer.
