The customer service at this place is terrible. The older woman that works the drive thru is rude. She messed up my order twice. She missed a meal. I got her to fix it and everything should have been fine. She hands out the drinks and I’m missing one, probably the one she just added on. Easy fix. I politely told her I was missing a Dr Pepper. Hey, KFC! Can you please add an applesauce button? My family of 5 had dinner at your Oskaloosa, IA location this weekend. Two of my kids ordered the 3 pcs tender combo and asked for applesauce as their side. They were told they can't have that because there isn't a button. Only the kids menu has applesauce as a side selection. The cashier even turned around to ask the meal prep person if there was a button. She confirmed there was not.
