We placed an online order, but due to my husband’s work schedule, he wasn’t able to pick it up until about an hour later. When we arrived, we asked the manager if the food could be remade since it had been sitting for so long. He agreed to remake everything except the bucket of chicken we got through the rewards program. I went into this restaurant they were understaffed but not one person spoke to anyone standing in line for at least 15 minutes and when I said something the drive thru person said they’re busy very rudely so we left at very unprofessional to have 6 people standing in line and not say anything to any of us
