KFC

Went through the drive thru, accepted all up sells that were offered. Did not receive the dipping sauce but had plenty of extra sauce on the bottom exterior of the bag which is now on my seat and a backpack that I had in the seat as well. I work very close to this location but will never return. Now I will have to have my seat cleaned as well as my backpack. Absolutely unacceptable to have sauce all over the bottom of the bag.

The food was delicious, but the service was very slow because they prioritized the drive-thru first. That’s understandable up to a point, but those of us inside were hungry too; we waited 40 minutes for our order. The only thing that kept us from just getting up and leaving was knowing the food would be good—since KFC is excellent and successful—but they really need to consider the dine-in customers as well.

I've never left a review for fast food before. My son wanted kfc so I get him a kids meal. That's it. They took my payment then told me to pull around to the parking lot. 15 minutes later me and a few other cars are still waiting...
