I ordered door dash for the 1st time. I paid extra for express. My person door dasher has been waiting for an hour for my order. The kfc employees have filled orders that were ordered tremendously after my order was placed. And you guessed it, theirs was filled first. I'm just about livid, waiting over an hour for express food. My food better not be cold when it gets here!
I was mocked at drive-thru for ordering only a $7 box meal. I've also been cheated at this drive-thru. This KFC has lost our business. I Do not recommend!
First of all this KFC has really good food 95% of the time which is about as good as you can ask for. Secondly the staff there provides excellent customer service. I went by there tonight and there was a manager named Rashid standing out in the rain making sure people were getting their orders and the line was moving. That man definitely needs a raise. Thank you guys for the wonderful service.
