We placed an order at 8:30 for pickup at 9. Get there at 9:10, food isn’t ready. They said they handed it out to someone else and it would be another 15 minutes before they could get any food out. Cool! That’s fine. 15 minutes go by, we go in to get an eta of the food and the manager on duty said it would be another 20 minutes. At this point, it is well past 9:30. Staff was not attentive enough and did not keep you updated on why it was taking so long to get your food and the food was not even hot when it did. One out it took 30 nibs to get a popcorn chicken(cold) and mashed potatoes. Would bot suggest this location unless you really have to.

I frequent this store often. My food is always right and the service has always been good when I visit. Particularly a girl named Zed is very sweet and helpful whenever I am there.

I was mocked at drive-thru for ordering only a $7 box meal. I've also been cheated at this drive-thru. This KFC has lost our business. I do not recommend! Besides this, the chicken was way too salty, as well. Eat here at your own risk! There is definitely something wrong at this KFC! Beware!!!

I ordered door dash for the 1st time. I paid extra for express. My person door dasher has been waiting for an hour for my order. The kfc employees have filled orders that were ordered tremendously after my order was placed. And you guessed it, theirs was filled first. I'm just about livid, waiting over an hour for express food. My food better not be cold when it gets here!
