slow in the kitchen & the head genuinely. doesn’t take 20+mins to prepare five tenders as somebody whose worked in restaurants. if you’re under prepared don’t lie to customers so you can sure they pay and then therefore HAVE to wait 15 more minutes than what was told.
Consistently have issues with this. One time I visited around 9pm and asked for extra crispy chicken. They flat out refused. Told me they had some fresh chicken down but would not be frying any extra crispy. Today I visited 05/04 around 8:20pm and whoever took my order/worked the window was terrible. I ordered the $11 feast box. First he attempted to charge me $37 for someone else’s order. Then when I asked for the two sauces that are INCLUDED with the order and he attempted to charge for it.
