Something has changed here. Food got a lot smaller and a lot blander. Chicken breast sandwich left a lot to be desired. Thank God the coleslaw was the same, it saved the whole meal.

I came here on March 3rd, 2026 around 4:30. The kitchen staff was a total of 2 people and they were doing absolutely wonderfully. They had a line out the door and a line out to the street at the drive thru. They had a lot of complaining customers but they were all staying positive and working as fast and efficiently as they could. Kuddos to the team that was on staff to make that possible. My mom, sister and I came in for dinner they were very short staffed there was about 30 customer's in here when we got here but even with the place packed and everyone who came in was so rude to the employees, the employees were very professional and so nice. They are working so hard and doing an amazing job! They all deserve a raise for all they are doing.

They were super short-staffed and customers were being extremely rude and hateful because they were having to wait for their orders or their order couldn't be completed due to shortages on food. The restaurant had about 30 customers inside with a long line of cars at the drive thru. The staff was keeping their cool and was being very patient and respectful. we went to this location two weeks agoand ordered the big bucket of chicken with all fixings. Paid over 40 dollars and all was great. x-tra crispy chix perfect, biscuits melt in your mouth soft. Yesterday we returned, ordered big bucket of regular chicken with fixings. chicken was dry, and very overcooked. biscuits were as hard as a rock. what a difference from before. There has to be poor management because a real manager would not let food of this kind leave its doors for the price that people pay. Our server was great.
