Posted hours of operation are wrong. Workers just standing around inside, don't even have enough decency to come tell the people in drive thru line or standing in front of locked doors, that they're not open or having issues. Always something when coming here, place is a complete joke.
Staff wasn't very friendly, food was old and dry. Used to work for KFC so I know how things work, and this was unacceptable.
The whole team was AMAZING today (6/25/26 @3pm). They have fantastic communication & showed excellent hustle with our 2 huge orders. Thanks team!
