Pulled up for some food through the drive-thru as I didn't eat dinner before leaving home. It was 8:11 when I placed my order with two vehicles ahead of me I didn't leave with my TWO items purchased until 8:30! Now im late to work and I get to "enjoy" my dinner COLD several hours from now when I can go on break. DO NOT RECOMMEND especially if you've got less than 40 minutes of spare time.
Normally I don’t have that difficult of a time like others with this KFC. But unfortunately today it was a bit disappointing. Chicken Sandwich was made with 2 chicken tenders rather than the regular chicken. Chicken little was made with pickles rather than no pickles, I also did not receive a sweet and sour for my nuggets. and lastly, unfortunately I did not receive mac and cheese so I had to sub for corn.
This is a tough spot for whoever owns this place. You have employees who tell drive thru customers that there is a 20 minute wait to discourage you ordering. Staffing is an issue for sure. It is a dice roll to see if you will get chicken that has been out for 8 hours and hard as a rock. Not trying to be mean, but this place should be a gold mine. I love KFC and Taco Bell, but the standards here are sub par at best.
