The Worst KFC in Orlando. The staff are lazy and rude. They always closing the drive thru. They never have no food only sides.
DO NOT GET THE SODAS WITH CREAM THEY ARE CHUNKY AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE......also if I knew y'all wouldn't even fill the fry box up I would have ordered a small because that's the amount of fries I got.
This is the worse kfc ever, some of the staff are lazy and rude the food is old specially the hot wing. The bathroom is dirty and nasty, the table in the dining have crumbs on them.
No drive-thru. Inside, self-ordering on kiosks only. There are only 2 ordering kiosks and they're immediately next to the bathroom. Expect to witness a confused senior attempting to navigate placing an order on the kiosk tablet with no assistance from staff. I have never received the sauces that I've ordered unless I ask again. Fortunately the food is good, but it's painful process trying to obtain it.
