It was dry i see y u guys have 3 stars evey thing is dryed out
The short manager guy at this location (David) is rude and actually cussed in Spanish while my 83 year old mom and I were both in the car at the window. His crew laughed along with him. This was all over a senior discounted beverage. I am fluent in Spanish and understood what he said. I usually frequent this place, as my parents enjoy the pot pies. I will no longer be buying from this KFC!!!
My husband ordered the apple pie poppers and was asked to wait in a parking spot. When they brought out our order, it was missing them. We paid for 10 pieces. They also messed up the tacos that were supposed to be plain. Just meat and cheese. They got 5 out of the 6 right. This was in the Yorkville location.
I can not express how upsetting it is when you pull up to a place within the hour of closing time and they're already closed and won't serve you.
