Ordered 2 2piece mixed original. With Dr Pepper for drink. Got all dark meat and cokes for the drinks.
worst service ever by untrained kids that are upset for some reason. rudely told me it would take a while for my order.... after half an hour, i complained it was taking too long and they refused to give me a refund. never again!
This KFC's better than the one in my city
Was told a 10 min wait for chicken. After 15 I asked if the p/u was ready... she said it'll be 20 min. Apparently the 10 was for wings, now it's 20 for the chicken. I'm just doing Uber, we get paid per job, not by the hour, so when we have to wait excessive times, we're losing business. Honestly, I thought the Harlingen KFC was bad... this one is worse. Plus most of the tables are dirty, the kitchen looks short staffed and struggling to keep up with orders.
Front short girl cashier said not one word to us picking up our order. Then I ordered two pies and she brought out our pickup order so I asked if the pies were in the bag and she turned around without one word and a face ,like we didn't do anything for her to be so rude , she brought the bag with the pies again not one word didn't even look at us its like she wanted to not be there and I get it but girl YOU chose to work there im not even asking for a smile or anything I've worked at fast food but im asking for you to simply... read more
