Wednesday 2/18/2026. Pulled up to drive thru. Was never greeted, waited 20 minutes, never spoken to, gave up, drove up to window, was told they don't take orders at the window and was told to go to the back of the line. Line was super long due to their inattention. Church's Chicken is 20 seconds away and everyone there is way more friendly. Don't know why I came here in the first place.
Chicken tasted burnt and the biscuits were hard as rocks.
Their french fries was super hot and eat it when it's still hot.
Worse customer service, staff are rude and won't take our order.
Absolutely disgusting. The fries were so hard I almost broke a tooth literally. The chicken tasted like shoe leather. They gave us the wrong drink. The famous bowls had no cheese or gravy. When I called to tell the manager she just said well there's nothing I can do. Horrible, horrible service and food. Yuck.
