I went into get my KFC order in the Midwest City location to get my favorite chicken. The eating area was not clean at all, then I went into the bathroom to wash and the bathroom was so nasty I had to leave as I know that if it's nasty where I can see, the kitchen must be just as nasty or possibly even worse where I can't see. If the inside is nasty the food must be just as nasty and not sanitary at all. I love KFC chicken but it IS NOT worth going to a location that's nasty. The chicken was better this time, the service was good, but unfair to the elderly lady at the register, she was alone and seemed unsure about the ordering system. There were two employees on duty, no customers and the restaurant was dirty. The trash, condiments, men's restroom all needed attention ASAP. Today is my second visit and I'm glad I did. The atmosphere was uplifting, Chicken was great, staff was awesome and very respectful. By the way; the restaurant and restrooms were clean.
