Ordered online to give them plenty of time to make our order. Part of our order was the Chicken and Waffle Fan Favorites box…my box was in the bag, but they didn’t put in the waffles or nuggets for my boys. Also missed two large sides. $81 order, I expect better care than this.
30m late for a pickup order. got home and there was a pile of grease but not a hint of the sides we ordered. Called cust service and kept getting circular questions. how many sides did you order? 2 How many did you get? zero. So what sides did you get instead? None. why not? how many sides did you order? aaAarrrhhhhhh
