Great staff, fast service.
I rarely go to KFC. However, Everytime I go, especially this location. My order is wrong. Every Time!! I went today, guess what, my family meal order was completely wrong.
The worst experience! My husband had an extremely disappointing experience at this KFC, and I would appreciate hearing from a manager or someone from corporate. The drive-thru line was not long, but after pulling up to the speaker, he was told, “Just a second.” That is completely understandable, except he sat there for about five minutes without anyone coming back to take his order. I went to this KFC on 7/14 for the 8 piece bucket and when I arrived home I opened the bucket and the chicken appeared to be day old because the chicken skin was dark and not crunchy at all,the skin was falling off the chicken,the skin was not a golden brown at all not one piece... this is what happens when you close all locations in midwest/del city location,poor service and product...looks like Popeyes is my go to..
