My husband and I stopped in for an impromptu lunch today and we had the best time! Weird to say about grabbing a quick bite at a fast food place right? The second we walked in Terry was so welcoming. Joking with us and treating us like old friends coming to have lunch at his house! The food was good. The dining area was clean. Terry even came out to check on us after we had started eating. We dont normally dine in at fast food joints but I'm so glad we did today! We hope to see Terry again the next time we stop in!
Worst experience ever. If I could give negative stars. The fact that you have someone as unpleasant as a “manager” as Keyoshi working there is embarrassing. I’m not saying the customer “always has to be right” but the staff needs to always be professional especially when correcting a mistake that KFC made. Complete unacceptable. You should be ashamed Alex Barrett as an owner. Customers should not be treated that way.
Terry is the best at dealing with customers. He has a positive and service-oriented attitude that few people have in a fast-food restaurant. They should give him a raise and use him as an example of service.
