Ordered delivery from this location and literally almost all of the food was inedible. The biscuits were cold and hard the wings were barely warm the chicken nuggets were cold as well as the potato wedges. I paid for extra sauces and didn't receive them. It has been 9 days as of this post and I have yet to receive a refund or any contact from KFC. I have contacted customer support 5 times and still no refund or a follow up from customer support. Terry was absolutely fantastic. I don’t come to KFC often, grabbing dinner for my grandma. Terry was friendly, greeted me with enthusiasm, helped me order the appropriate food. Read my order back to me… He was an all around helpful person with great attitude and energy! Yall should promote him!
What a lovely experience I had at this location. I went through the drive through to pick up my online order. Shaun (hope I’m spelling that right, there are only 50 variations of Shaun)helped me and was so professional and personable, as was all the other people I interacted with. Shout out to the lunch crew today, running a tight ship over there.
