I haven't gotten my food yet but im sure its like other KFC. However, Monica working night shift needs 1000% kudos and a raise. She handled a Deaf customer (my dad) with such dignity and respect that is often lost in these establishments. Her cultural awareness, patience, and respect to speak slowly and clearly to him despite me interpreting for her is unmatched customer service and above and beyond her job. I am thankful for my interaction with her. She definitely made our night! THANK YOU MONICA!
