Awful vibes, waiting ten minutes inside to hear "fyi there's someone up front" and "ugh ok". Won't be returning. Chicken was bad last time.
Burnt gravy. Boxes in dining area, slow service
Never able to order online..Went to the store and the cashier said "GENERAL MANAGER HAS NOT TRAINED US ON HOW TO USE THE REWARDS". Called customer service and they dont know!
I normally go to CFA for chicken, but decided to try KFC. CFA - you have nothing to worry about. I ordered on my phone from the parking lot and went inside to get my order. The "cook" asked me 3 times to verify my order. After 21 minutes (Yes, TWENTY ONE), I finally asked the counter person to check on my order. She asked the cook and he said that he did not know I was there. Then, I finally got my "Luke warm" food. The food was OK, but nothing all that great. I definitely WILL NOT be back. You'll find me at Chick-Fil-A.
Dinning area was a hot mess. We ordered and they told us they were hot of several things. We ordered in they gave it to us to go and had to hunt someone down for plates and sauces. This was by far the worst I have ever seen in KFC history. It was like no one showed up to do their jobs. We will not be back
