I was in Poughkeepsie visiting family. Decided to get KFC for everyone. The chicken was really dark like the oil was old. The cole slaw was also dark like it was old. I was the only person to eat the macaroni which also looked old and I was the only one to get sick. Self diagnosised with running butt. The biscuits were too undercooked. We like the slightly undercooked but! No one touched the mashed potatoes and gravy. I'll have to order in store next time so I can see the food. Never again will I pickup after ordering online

Extremely kind staff -- the lady there tonight was extremely friendly and made for an amazing experience!

Disgusting. Management should be embarrassed. The staff should be embarrassed. KFC the brand should be embarrassed. Absolutely no reason for anyone to buy or consume the food here.

I went to the Poughkeepsie location a year ago. No greeting, no courtesy, I was treated poorly. Tonight I tried again. I was greeted with a pleasant hello and a smile from Damoya! She was a ray of sunshine. My food was ready quickly and correct. Such a different experience than my visit a year ago. Thanks Damoya!!
