No longer takes APP orders or Points , has been this way since Jan . KFC corporate Blames the Person running the Store . so all my Point are now useless , fishkill location randomly doesnt accept Online/mobile orders for days at a time .
When using a third-party like Instacart, my order was completely messed up and missing many items when everything is clearly listed and not an itemized ticket. The workers in the restaurant should ensure that all items are in there.
I just went to Poughkeepsie Main Street Location, The young lady at the drive thru window was such a pleasure to encounter. She's a keeper
Terrible service, with very little empathy for customers. I have never been treated so badly—so dismissively and unpleasantly—at a KFC.
