Poor service , waited over 10 minutes for my food and no one else was there, tenders had no breading they forgot my drink and biscuit, will never go again
Took more than 40 minutes to get our food (3 regular dinners). We ordered extra crispy and got traditional. The potatoes were runny and so was the Mac and cheese.
Almost a 40 minute wait for soggy chicken skin. I ordered the two piece combo and I wish I pressed harder for a refund, definitely not worth it. Management should consider closing earlier if two people can’t run the store properly at 8pm. Also was very uncleanly, an employee was touching the doors and not changing her gloves while walking out the doors and handling food.
