Literally sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes while I watched 3 other people get their food. Then to make matters worse they have my food to someone else. Disgusting food horrible service and the people working were highly rude. Nope never again

I order all legs... they hate this so much ... ive been charged $200 for the all leg requests... today I ordered the big box 3 piece ... asked for all legs... she decided I wasn't getting that when I got home ... not what I ordered .... probably the worst KFC in east Texas! its the manager that I seem to deal with every time
This place needs help. Seriously, y'all. Seriously understaffed for a friday night but taking dozens of orders regardless of how fast they can get it out. At least expand your parking if it's going to take 30 min to get a bucket of chicken and a couple of sides. Telling everyone to pull to the front and every spot is taken, gotta block of the driveway, grannies confused about where to go, people still pouring in. Such a cramped and awful little place.
