Love the dark curly haired girl Rhonda. She is always super friendly and you can tell she knows her job! Hard to find courteous people in food service now days. They give you your stuff and push you on to the next! This girl always has a smile and the best country girl accent ever lol! She always makes you feel welcomed! I hope she is a manager! If not she should be!! Seriously every restaurant needs kind people like her!!
I stop by at 4:47 PM on 3-23-26. Manager told staff not to help employees unless they used the kiosks. The young lady that was trying to help customers and got yelled at by the manager. The manager yell I can leave. Poor leadership if she is the manager. I called corporate at requested to speak with someone. What happen to customer service?
Kayli welcomed us to KFC and assisted us with food options. Very clean and friendly dining room. We will be back.
Woman in back that was managing seemed very unhappy I ordered a Mac n cheese bowl off kiosk. Apparently they quit selling them at this location. Always the food you really like to get cut. Won't be back anyways now that they dont sell it.
