The pick up line was ridiculously long to get food.will never come back here.when youre traveling you need in and out not 1/2 wait time
Manager is slamming things around and yelling she doesn't have time for this and that she's going to walk out of here. Wow is all i can say. I also stood and waited 20 minutes for our food. Just sad that the whole place is ran with such negativity.
warning do not eat here unless you want to be treated like dirt. the workers and management are the worst of any business I have ever been in
I love kfc and I live in ithaca but at this point I refuse to go there. Rude workers every time, always messing up orders, and not only that the chicken doesn't taste like kfc.
Will forget your food then be rude to you for going back in to get what you paid for. Biscuits are always hard.
