I’m convinced this place doesn’t actually want customers. Every single time I hit the drive-thru, I’m told it’s a 30-minute wait for chicken… at KFC. That’s literally your entire business. Doesn’t matter if there are 2 cars or 5 same excuse every time. At this point, just put up a sign that says “We’re not ready to operate.” People aren’t going to sit around for half an hour for fast food. Either fix the system or get management that knows what they’re doing, because right now this place is just losing business daily.
Friendly staff and quick
Food was garbage. I asked for sauced tenders. More than half the meat was not sauced. The quality of the chicken was disgusting it was chewy and hard. My box came with fries which were half empty. I went through the drive thru and two different employees rushed me as I was looking over the menu. Overall I would never recommend and absolutely never go back !
Had to wait 20 mins for spicy wings at 10:30pm. Declined and left. I had them the day before no wait. They were good.
