I love coming to this KFC it's always a pleasure.... I know they are busy and lots of times the drive through is wrapped around the corner, but I wanted to give a shout out to Jamie and Xavier!! Great work ....Also, the rest of the crew are great!! I know, sometimes it's hard working in fast food with Hangry people coming in, but in spite of that, they do a great job. By the way, I got the new chicken, fried steak, mashed potatoes and biscuit!!! Wednesday special $4.99... It was delicious!!!

Massillon location continues to go down hill
With six cars in line at the drive-thru I had to wait 37 minutes to get my food... Never again. Will I go back?...
