Nice clean location with kind associates. The food is always great.
I order from this KFC several times a month, never have they been so neglectful when reading an order and making sure I have what I payed for. Normally spend 40-60 bucks and this time the guy at the window must have been high cause the service tucked horribly. Went picked up my food got home had to go back to get my 2x large coleslaw and 2x individual fries and my biscuits, good thing I checked cause I was still short a large coleslaw
Drive thru was taking FOREVER so I came in to order. People are inside standing around. Service generally tends to be slow. I asked calmly if they needed to see my receipt, i got a look from one of the workers like a deer in the headlights. I also pointed out that i didnt get a drink and one of the girls sarcastically asked me if I would like to apply. If they have workers standing around they clearly don't need anyone else! What kind of question is that??
