Sat in the line for well over an hour and couldn’t even add the sauces….
I went inside to order because I live within walking distance. They told me that they cannot serve me because they run her staffed or people working, they got all upset because I was wondering why they couldn't just take my order. It'd be no different than going through the drive through they cussed and got rude. I know they're just too lazy or what the deal was, but it was a joke. May 11th 2026 at around 8 o'clock PM.
Store needs to keep people working or find a way to be able to take orders. Passed up multiply people that didn't have a way or time to sit in their drive thru.
The chicken was crispy and flavorful, just what I expected from KFC. However, the service was a bit slow during my visit, and my order wasn't entirely correct. Overall, it's decent fast food, but improvements in efficiency would make it even better.
