4/22/26 4pm: my order was messed up, my chicken fried steak didn't have gravy. My chicken bites were soggy, and there was no sauce or honey at the condiments station except for hot sauce. I didn't even bother asking for a refund, because your all cheap and won't do refunds anymore. Apparently customer service isn't a thing around kfc anymore. They are more worried about drive thru and mobile orders. 18 mins waiting for a simple meal. Breast slaw and wedges got home. Not even a breast. Half cooked thigh. Gross Not coming back stay closed next time
This place keeps going down hill. They need to shut the doors and remodel. Some of the employees are friendly and kind and others look like they struggle with addiction. When you spend $55.00 on a bucket of chicken you should get your large sides FULL not one little scoop. Also, when you see that your running low on stuff make fresh. I don’t recommend this place at all.
Monday, February 23, 2026. - the great food was worth the wait. So much better than our last few visits in the past. The 4 employees at peak rush were hustling! Good job crew. The lobby was cold but we had our jackets.
