Terrible customer service! Two back experiences in a row. First I was denied to have an all wing bucket, even though I was willing to wait and pay an up charge. Quote “we don’t do that”. Really just was being lazy cause I make this order numerous times. Then I ordered Uber Eats 10/31/25, took over an hour and then the Uber driver was told “we don’t have food”. This KFC location needs serious improvement. Every time I visit, there’s an issue — and this time was no different. I ordered an 8-piece bucket and only received 6 pieces. No receipt was given, and when I tried to call multiple times to address it, the line kept saying “user busy.” It’s unacceptable to pay for food and not receive what you ordered, especially when there’s no way to contact the store. Clearly, customer service and attention to detail are not a priority here.

The food was good, the staff was majorly helpful, restrooms were clean. Only complaint was some of the tables needed a wipe down. Otherwise 5 stars.
