Placed order online told it will be 20/30 min wait. Get there to pick it up on time and am told it will be 15 more mins that they used my crispy chicken to fulfill other orders. This is 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. They are the worst.
So I also don't frequent this place just like the Popeyes next door because of horrible experiences when I first moved here. Now 3 years later I am back after Popeyes didn't have any chicken. I pull up in the druve thru and place an order. Crew person was nice and confirmed my order. I get to the window and sit there for about 5 or 6 minutes and then staff comes and says they TOO do not have the chicken I want(second chicken place this evening I have been to that does not have the product that they are in business to sell...... read more
I ordered from them thro DoorDash and they didn’t have any chicken. Nor did they try to fix the problem that I just spent 50 dollars on but they also were very very disrespectful on the phone. They literally didn’t care about anything what’s so ever. How do you have a chicken store and have no chicken. I wonder how many other orders did they do this to. Will not be returning to this location
