This KFC closes at 12:00AM. The location was right next to our hotel, so we figured we would order online and walk over. I placed the order on 05/05/2026 about 10:00 PM. I walked over to the restaurant only to find the drive through open, the other doors were all locked up. I walked up to the pickup window to show the black women behind it the order on my phone. Went to the counter to place our order. We were told that we told (very rudely) we had to use the kiosk and they didn’t have enough staff to take our order even though there were 2 employees standing there talking to each other. I will never go to tat KFC AGAIN.

I’m not sure who the lady was that had been working last night at about 11:30. But she needs an attitude check immediately. The card reader wasn’t working, which I understand happens, but my father had seen a pending charge on his card and did not want to get charged a second time, so he asked politely if it was possible to get a note written saying he wouldn’t be charged twice.
