Terrible service, bad attention, the attention in the drive true was terrible hostile
We were really looking forward to our food, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering from KFC. We waited over an hour and a half for a simple DoorDash order. Four different Dashers showed up, and every one of them ended up canceling because they kept getting told, “Just 10 more minutes.” Meanwhile, the app said our order was ready the whole time. Asked for a cup of water and was told no. That was one of the dumbest things ever. Everywhere provides free water but here. Also workers did more standing and talking than actually working. Do not recommend.
