Did drive through here for 2 chicken pot pies. Friendly service, pot pies just out of the oven, and a short ride home. Pot pies look amazing as we enjoy our own home made versions. Oddly though halfway through eating, we struggled to taste ny chicken and my wife enjoyed 2 pieces in her pot pies look amazing while I had none. Really disappointed given the $14 tab. Reached out to KFC with a note and never heard back. Last time I’ll do KFC…..

When I first walked into the restaurant, I felt very bad because of the smell coming from the restroom. The food I got was terrible because it smelled like bad oil and tasted the worst. I've never had food this bad right away when I bought it, and I'm not sure how to describe how frustrated I am because my time and energy were wasted. I don't have any complaints about the staff, however the equipment and products in this place are subpar.

This KFC consistently over-cooks everything to the point of it being nearly burnt to a crisp. The entire point of KFC is fried chicken, so if you can't even fry chicken properly, what is the point of ordering food here. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is the 5th time this has happened in a row. They need to retrain the staff here on how to properly cook their menu. Incredibly disappointing.
