DO NOT dare order on the app, or for that matter maybe even walk in and expect service until you feel yourself physically aging. Chronically understaffed and even the DoorDashers have to wait until tomorrow to get what they are there to pick up. I don’t think my wife will be “tired of Bojangles” after this for a long time again. Should have taken our cue from the empty parking lot. Two young men inside. Counter was basically abandoned. Waited far too long for someone to notice we were there. In the time we were there three customers came and left because nobody came to the counter to take their order. One was on his phone a lot. Barely saw the other. Had to call out for service because both of them were hanging out in the back talking.
