When we got here at 5:00pm, we thought the place was closed because of how empty it looked. We should have taken that as a sign. There were only two guys on staff. Worst experience dealing with both the store and corporate. Ordered a pickup and had to wait nearly 20 minutes after arriving on time. My fault was not checking the order before leaving the store. Found out half the items were missing after reaching home. The store number was completely unreachable. Tried calling the 1800 number and surprised when it got picked up in a couple of mins. I visited KFC recently with a coupon, and unfortunately, my brother fell ill with a cough and fever afterward. I also ordered without a coupon, and thankfully, I was fine. I am very angry about this experience and seriously concerned about the food safety and quality. I hope KFC takes immediate action. Thank you.
