I was so sad today. A lot of personal things going on but when I went in the drive through the customer service was 1000/10! This visit and fresh food made my day soooo much better!!! You have an amazing crew!!! Keep up the good work!!!
The chicken tenders had either been cooked in old oil or refried - they were terrible. Biscuits were not eaten, they looked freezer burned. The Mac & cheese & Cole slaw were good. We also waited over 10 minutes for order. Very disappointed!
Took 5 minutes to have my order taken and another 25 to be served. Without cutlery sauce and drink, has to ask for every single one. They're understaffed and those that are present are either overwhelmed or entirely inattentive with low coordination. The older black gentleman in red was goated for taking my order and giving me the sauce
Waiting time 35 min ice machine broke not clean
It's taking forever to get food 😞 must need help with employees 😔
