Ordered online for the first time in a long time. I selected the deal where I get an 8 piece bucket free when I spend 15.99. I ordered $22 of food. No bucket! The store said I needed to somehow order it again in the app when that's what I selected in the first place ? No bucket. I try customer service in app. Waited then it disconnected after a while. Food was fantastic. The customer service was good. But out of 20 tables, only 6 were clean. There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant so this seems uncalled for. The floor was dirty. The mat at the soda fountain was sticky and filthy. Disgusting and unappealing. There were smudges all over the glass at the front door. Glad they can cook, but they need to learn to clean. I'll return but I hope it's clean next time.
Always friendly and always fresh!! They deserve an upgrade on the building.
