what is going on in bought a large coleslaw to go, it had barley any dressing and was dry, this use to be my favorite why would they skimp and change it so radically. I don't care about price, and I could have bought coleslaw in wegmans while I was getting fish but I thought I'll get my favorite. not again. what gives?
Amazing food
Decent location. Customer service is hit or miss. Your "Thank yous" are returned with blank stares or silence. Other than that, fairly clean location and they haven't messed up my order yet.
This restaurant's been pretty good up until today.So maybe today's just a fluke, but when I order something online and then I stand there while you hand customers who walk through the door the same thing i ordered, that's pretty crappy. Especially when I had been waiting and they just ordered while I was standing there for several minutes. Then, you give me an attitude about it? I thanked the employee with no response when she gave me my drink. I again said it when she gave me my food. Both times no reply. Was too concerned about conversation among other staff as I was trying to get her attention for ketchup, which she did not offer. I continued to say have a great day, again, windows with no response.
