All of our Chicken Strips were WAY overdone! I don’t mean crispy — you couldn’t hardly bite into them and definitely couldn’t eat them.
For the most part the trip wasn't too bad since is was to go, but I have to comment on two things, normally I would not mention it, but the gravy was a little too salty, that should be left to the the eater. Now the biscuits which is why we love KFC, we're almost totally inedible. There was about a 1/4 to 1/2" that was soft enough to eat. The rest crumbled into chunks tryin to slice open them. I don't know if Saturday's batch set in the Steamers too long or what but, no one should have served those.
We waited 15 minutes for two small meals when we were the only people in there. Got the three tender meal with a biscuit and a side mashed potatoes (they were out of fries). Tenders were small and sad, mashed potatoes were meh. The dining room was open but we were told we had to take our food to go because it was supposed to be closed. Overall, very sad.
