Only received a partial order and when I called into have it corrected the manager seemed pleasant and willing to help but in store was not. The csr at the counter offered assistance but she stated she "had it handled and made my daughter with disabling scoliosis wait an extra 15min to toss her a bag of sauce and say there sauce is free anyway and walk away. I’ve had disappointing experiences two times in a row now. We ordered chicken sandwich meal set as usual, but they’ve stopped putting vegetables in the sandwich. Also, yesterday around 9:00pm, I bought a chicken tender meal set at the drive-thru; there was no biscuit in my meal, yet they only handed me the honey sauce. They didn't include sauce for the fries or even give me any napkins. It’s getting terrible. We are not going to go back there again.

All of our Chicken Strips were WAY overdone! I don’t mean crispy — you couldn’t hardly bite into them and definitely couldn’t eat them.
