They always have a 45 minutes wait for chicken. Gone here 3 times. Both times had to wait for almost an hour.
Manager should be fired food was cold and greasy. The manager doesn't care anything about customer service. Was even a piece of bone in our bucket no meat and was breaded that looked like it was taken out of the trash.
The staff was accommodating but twice i have seen the femal hispanic manager sitting on the line table. Jumping ,shouting & ,dancing while orders are waiting in drive thru and in front counter. No care to assisting her crew. Definitely reflects on the lack of timely service to customers. Corp should audit this location simply due to poor management and leadership.
I'm to scare to eat last 3 pieces. Starting to think maybe it was under cooked.
