If I can give a zero stars I would. So disorganized. They have children working they're that don't know what they are doing and have to be told everu 5 second what to do. The Manager was doing everything herself, not cool.
Food was good but the wait was insane. App said it'd be ready in 5-15 minutes but had to wait a little over 50 minutes. Too bad I don't read reviews for "fast" food restaurants as this seems to be a trend at this store smfh Additionally, it wasn't even busy at all. Cars kept coming and going and the ones that kept being told to park with small orders kept coming and going too. I literally only ordered an 8 piece family meal. Do better.
With all these bad reviews you start to wonder why they have not revamped the entire restaurant. Placed an order online for an 8 pc bucket and 2 large sides. One side order was missing and the chicken was disgusting; came soggy and filled with grease. Would not recommend this location to anyone! -10000 on this review. I don’t know why they are even allowed to get 1 star.
This KFC is by far the worse every time I go there it's all new employees and supervisor was not treating them right was being rude to them. I had placed an online order anymore hr ahead it said ready for pick when I get there there were people already waiting for orders one person had been waiting for an hr and it took me a good 45 mins to get mine after it had said it was ready.
