Whhhyyyyyyy are these major restaurants lack everything these days??!! Unorganized and unprofessional! Families get together for a meal only to be irritated with the service! Do not bother making an app order for pickup or ordering in…good service and smarts are hard to find! 🧠
1hr wait for an online order is crazy…Especially when it was already marked as ready for pickup. Terrible experience save your time and money.
Don’t waste your time at the Killeen KFC. Ordered ahead online for dinner, showed up at 6pm, and not only were they “out of chicken” (at a chicken restaurant 🤯) but when my order was finally ready, they refused to hand it to me through the drive-thru. Instead, they made me get out and go inside just to pick up the food I had already paid for. By the time you actually eat here, it’s not dinner anymore—it’s a midnight snack.
The wait time is crazy u order something and u waiting about a hour they take to long for ya food
