We went through the drive thru. We had two separate orders and the lady taking the orders asked if we could combine them. Like what is so hard about taking separate orders? The person before us and the person after us would be separate orders. We get to the window and the guy was not friendly at all. I get my famous bowl and it is too hot for me to hold on my lap while still in the bad. I get home and there are literally four chunks of chicken on the top of my bowl. Poor customer service. I asked for my pick up order, the guy turned around, got the bag, dropped it on the counter and went about his business. I was also missing food items and no napkins or spoon. The chicken has and off old taste.
I enjoy it.
I ordered 8pc family bucket and paid to switch the 2 wings for breast. We literally waited 50 minutes in a parking spot, after we paid. The young lady that was running orders was very polite but when we got home we noticed we never got our 2 breast pieces we paid for. The wait and wrong order is ridiculous. Never going there again.
Placed an order for delivery. Then got an email and a text an hour later stating that my order was cancelled because they couldn't fill the order. What kind of crap is that?? Y'all ran out of chicken??
