Under bad management. Hardworking young young kids without direction. I had to wait twenty five minutes for a single piece of chicken that was precooked... I feel sorry for the owners. They clearly need better systems.
This was the worst ever!! Went inside to order so I looked around the counter and no one acknowledged mean. So we left and got in our vehicle and went threw the drive threw and my guy order and wanted a KFC box and ten a few tacos and the lady said that we are backed up . Well he said never mind on the tacos. We where waiting in the drive threw feom20 mins didn't even move so he left the drive threw went around and got back in line. The staff is awful....they would rather serve the people in the drive-thru then the customers in-house... I ordered chicken tenders and they told me it would be a 20 minute wait.. they had a sign saying potato wedges were back...mine were overcooked and burnt.. I am at their mercy because of the town they're in... everyone I know complains about them...
