It was the worst customer service ever. I order 2 ten pieces family meals. I waited over an hour for my order. I inquired on my order several times during my visted. When I asked the manager why is my order taking so long, he stated staff lack of training. At that point, I didn't want to hear excuses. I wanted my order. I asked for a refund. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone.
Nuevamente en este restaurante muy mala experiencia. No tenian tenedor! Como ven tuvimos que improvisar con una tapa de un vaso lo cual fue inutil. El pollo lo pedimos crispy y como siempre que vengo aclare esto, ellos entregaron lo que quisieron
