Employee fail to ask if I wanted to soft/ hard shell. The employee failed to give me my cup that I may select my drink. The employee fail to complete the ordering process.
Store was locked up again after opening hours. This happens a lot at the Parker Rd location to. They always seem short staffed as you have to wait awhile to pick up placed orders. The food is delicious but most of the time you have a long wait time. Sometimes it takes awhile to even get waited on.
5 Stars on customer service alone! Came through drive-thru while they were super busy. Tameysha took my order and still had the patience to list the drink menu for me when they were out of what I usually order. Big smile, very polite, some of the best customer service I’ve gotten anywhere in a long time! It really is the little things that make such a huge difference.
