They never get your order correct
Staff is fine, and the food is fine. However the time to wait for anything is absolutely absurd. This is a “fast food” chain, you would expect food to come out in a timely manner. They’re either severely understaffed or just need better training. On my order I had tried to get the Cinnabons which I was told after paying they were out. I wanted a refund but settled for a replacement which was 3 empanadas. After waiting 20+ minutes with no update I left. I never received the empanadas nor did I get a refund. I don't know what's going on but the night crew was very rude and tried to rush everything no one was even motivated to get our order together and also my friend didn't recieve her sides I swear between this KFC on Parker Road in Jonesboro Arkansas and the one on Southwest Drive in Jonesboro Arkansas they are going to fall apart because I highly do not recommend those 2 establishments unless they find a better and friendlier crew to serve us
