I hate coming to this KFC. Every time I come here, there’s always a long wait, and when I finally get my food, some of it tastes like it’s been sitting out too long. I don’t understand how a restaurant is constantly running out of items. The service and food quality need some serious improvement.

Chicken nuggets cold, fries even colder; asked what they didn't have available and was told lettuce. When I ordered Extra Crispy chicken, "oh, we don't have that". What's worse is Corporate KFC gives zero squat about feedback as you can't leave any issues or recommendations at the corporate level...their system doesn't work. Save the hassle, drive 2 more miles to Popeyes

Spent $31 on 3 meals & 3 cheesy beefy burritos, only to have to wait 30 plus minutes in the drive thru and not even get one of my meals, on top of having to deal with the workers having an attitude when I brought up that I didn’t receive all my food. Don’t bother calling about a refund because they won’t give it to you.

First and foremost they have terrible management there which i have spoken with this man before and had a similar experience his name is Kedric Jarrett or KJ for short. he told me he would call the police on me and file a harassment claim because I called and complained about my order. He's screaming over the phone bring it back! bring it back! I said sir I'm at work now! so he says well bring it back after you get off work (which makes no sense) the food was terrible the chicken was hard as a rock and the tacos where soggy!... read more
