Joe and the two young lady’s had great customer service friendly and positive energy. Store clean instantly greeted with friendly smiles and they diligently perform their job all the way around. Prime example of great customer service.
I come to this place all the time and the fact that I bought the new fried pickles and was only given 5 pickles. $3.49 plus tax for 5 pickles. Overcharged and they are nasty.
This place was dirty. Food crumbs, lids and things all over in the food area. Person making food had no gloves, then put on one glove.. Sweet tea all over the counter and floor at the counter. Sweet tea was empty, when I asked for sweet tea at 6:00 pm, I was told they’re out. Lobby… every table had food crumbs on the tables and chairs. One little girl who was also working drive through, was sweet but the others were just rude. Bathrooms were not clean, no paper towels, nothing to dry hands. No soap or TP in mens or womens restrooms that is just wrong and gross. If I had known before ordering I would have left. Chicken bowl was microwave hot and chicken was hard and old.
